OS 5.0.0.238 Leaked for BlackBerry Bold 9000 & Javelin 8900
Yesterday, from CRACKBERRY, I found the Leaked OS 5.0.0.238 for Blackberry Bold 9000 & Blackberry Javelin 8900. I will give you this OS 5.0.0.238, you can download it in link above. And I want to give you little tutorial for updating the Operating System for your Blackberry:
DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK !
Necessary:
1. Windows XP for your PC or Notebook
2. Device Manager (DM) on your laptop/PC
3. downloaded OS / FIRMWARE / device software for your Blackberry
4. Disconnect your Internet Connection, beacuse on new version of DM (4.7 to 5.xx), DM will automatically updating vendor.xml on your device software!Step by step :
1. Install OS / firmware / device software on your LAPTOP / PC within clicking the OS file were has downloaded
2. Connect your Blackberry to your laptop / PC with USB cable data
3. Run your DM and backup your Blackberry, after backup, then close your DM
4. Wipe your Blackberry with BBSAK (Blackberry Swiss Army Knife)
5. Delete file “vendor.xml” in folder C:/Program Files/Common Files/Reasearch In Motion/App Loader
6. Run “loader.exe” in folder C:/Program Files/Common Files/Reasearch In Motion/App Loader
7. Follow the command, on window Device backup, check the “Do not automaticly backup and restore”
8. Wait your Blackberry until restarting themself (10-45 minutes)
9. Release the USB cable dataOptional:
10. Play your Blackberry while 5 minutes
11. Release your Blackberry battery 1 minute, and play again 5 minute
12. Run your DM and restore your data to your BlackberryNB:
- DON’T DISTURB BLACKBERRY INSTALLATION PROCESS, because it can lead to device nuked / brick / DEAD, try using a laptop to avoid dying light. just do not be disturbed. just wait!
